Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account
You will find a page like above “Delete My account” or “Cancel”, click Delete My account if you want to delete facebook account.
If you click Delete my account you will be asked to enter your Facebook account password and security checks and click OKay. After that you will get a notice which says that your account has been de-activated and will be deleted after 14 days.
However, Facebook provides a grace period within 14 days, if you want to come back to Facebook, then you must cancel your facebook account deletion request and you will be returned to your facebook account, you must login to your facebook if you want to cancel deletion request.
